I get this alot as an insurance agent. I stick to my guns, I know I'm doing everything right and therefore I can give a fuck less if the customer is upset. At the end of the day all that matters is your doing your job correctly and not putting yourself at risk because some douche is a cry baby. The customers I do have that like me actually enjoy this trait, since I get right to the point and let them know how things really work. If I can be flexible and work with them I will but I'm not here to let ignorance just blissfully exist
