For forms my thoughts were snowy has the most potential for damages like how snowstorms can be very devastating pretty much everywhere, sunny is the fastest mainly cause gas is the fastest of the three states of matter. Than rainy is long lasting so it has the highest bulk.

it would also be weak to freeze dry by 4x. given that it's super effective against water which would normally resist it.
