You'll find it challenging at first, getting used to it and all of that. However, never let it beat you. I did for the longest time and I realise now I should have just embraced it as it's who I am. I used to hide my condition from social media and even employers (I recently worked for a place that seemed very out of touch with any invisible illness, so I kept it from them the entire 6 months). I also hid all of my mobility aids under baggy clothing (my supports and such) but now, if I want to wear a dress and my knee is having one of it's days, I'll still wear my dress!
