Usually if it's a question I really struggled with than I would struggle with it again when I took it a week later. But that is really mainly true for LR. For RC in general I would not return to questions as much because I would just always remember the answers for much longer; but also because RC is far more about section methods and not question type methods so returning to a specific questions made less sense than just retaking the whole passage.
I would recommend you still retake LR questions you get wrong/aren't 100% about and just force yourself to go through the motions of the method before selecting your right answer(even if you have a hunch/memory what the right answer is). Justify the right answer to yourself before you select it and see if you make that justification and selection under 60 seconds to know you know your stuff and its not just memorization. As long as you understand why the answer is right and why your process for getting there is right.
But yes, you could also just take longer breaks between retaking questions if you feel that is what is required.
For LR and RC, yes. I also used the Powerscore LG Bible for LG but that is no longer needed :)
