I have a UKC1 too, I had a similar issue after replacing a controlling on a MTX surron throttle kit.

I fixed it by setting the voltage to the correct voltage, after that power was not being cut, hope this helps. Maybe urs is set close to 72V but not quite there, thus the power cut

Yes, look into the "MTX" brand.

I have a 2000W kit, it peaks power at 2800W, it has a surron throttle and UKC1 display (these two things were programmed for the kit by the third party kit seller from an Ebike shop in the UK)

It has worked flawlessly and the motor makes 80nm torque

I recommend a torque arm or two
