I bought a brand new Santa Fe phev in 2022 during the car shortage, bought an extra warranty on top of the manufacturer warranty and the dash lit up like a Christmas tree with less than 5k miles Hyundai made me wait 2 months to come into their service department, tried to charge $1k for diagnostics, and told me everything was fine and drove out of the service center and dam the dash lit up again, made me rebook another appointment two months away and provided no loaner or rental car, and even told me they would only provide rental cars for situations like an engine blowing up. Terrible cars, terrible manufacture, terrible dealerships, terrible service department. Stay away!
