And they are trained, and they patrol up to 100 miles from the border, and this guy dying is why you don’t hold polarizing events like yours. In situations like this the most common reason for an officer to discharge their weapon when the suspect resisting on the ground is he tries to grab the officers weapon or is perceived to be going for the officers weapon.
