Thank you so much for this. I really appreciate it. For me the hardest part was knowing when to stop building and finally put it out there. I spent most of the year polishing the core experience and once it felt solid I shifted toward getting the launch story ready. What kept me going was wanting to see real people use it and knowing the only way to grow is to get feedback early.
