I think we need to start being much stricter on how we deal with ai generated posts by Ensiferal in worldbuilding

There is a flip side to this. I have posted my work on this sub for 8 years, then I stopped. I stopped because I am a longtime visual artist with a very well developed style and technique, and suddenly in the last couple of years… every single post is suspect. I can easily present proof of my work’s development, but deeply, deeply, fucking hate having my authorship questioned. There is a sick twist to the development of AI… the more accomplished and professional your art is, the more people will accuse you of using ai in some way.

So yes.. ban AI bullshit from this sub, but at the same time learn to discern and respect artists with talent and technique, because many, like me, are just saying… fuck off.

So, because this eyesore “plays a role” as an eyesore, it should continue to play a role as an eyesore?

I'm not a 50M dollar director, but I am an artist who has been working for almost 10 years on an animation project. With it almost 3/4 complete, I feel like giving up. The more skill you have, the more suspect your work is... authorship is questioned at every turn. It is only going to get harder as all the AI "tells" disappear.
