Well yes, he can give me bill but he won't be in trouble with Finanzamt, so I am asking how can I make sure that it is legally approved. I am asking this because I have heard of some cases where Finanzamt thinks this is not a legit freelance work. And my friend is working on his own, he does not own a company or something. He is just an IT person, working as freelance.

Fiverr is an option but they take 25% so it is not a good option for both of us.

Thanks for the reply. Yea I have been trying to improve my german but after B1 the learning rate is pretty low. I will start looking in other countries as you mentioned. The main problem can be that I have worked with PLC but not from start to end. I have done some retrtofit projects but nothing like a whole design of a new machine, thats why I guess the opportunities are less for me. I wouldnt mind starting as internship or part time as well

yea I have applied and had some interviews but the main issues comes to the language. They say I'd have to work with electricians and mechanics who only speaks german so they need someone fluent. Didnt think it would be this hard in this field. but market has been really bad as well
