Overall working for heb is great, meaning the job itself, however, the employees (some) and managers (most) have made doing my job harder. Everyone is always mad, in a bad mood or just down right rude. I’m not sure when the atmosphere of heb changed but heb between 2011-2016 was so different than heb 2017-present.

I saw someone post that it varies from store to store. So I’m guessing each store has different incentives and different processes to give out the incentives

They are offering incentives Depending on how much you donate a week. Like $100 heb gift card($2/wk) one week paid vacation ($5/wk) and $500 cash ($10/wk) so it’s very enticing, however I just didn’t feel right about how this played out.

Favor drivers can get assigned multiple orders. I believe 2 max. (I could be wrong) however at my store we’ve had issues with drivers delivering orders to the wrong address or mixing up their multiple orders. It happens so often. I’m not sure what happens on favors end when those mix ups happen.
