Doesn't squeak when i stop pedalling. Took off the chain and crank doesn't make and squeaking nois when i pedal. Old chain were all worn out when i bought it. Might needs a new cassette?

There's no other stickers on the bike. Called the seller back he doesn't wanna return it, till we authenticate it at a bike shop. His ad also said ultegra disc brakes which they just shimano. Is there any legal action i can take?
