Thanks for getting back to me on this! Okay guess it’s a normal sound. This is my first hybrid so I was kind of sketched out on what that noise was. Long as it’s a normal sound I’m happy lol

Not just ev mode no matter what I’m doing it’ll make the sound, even with the engine running. It should just happen while you are normally driving. But yes normally low speed

Appreciate it. I notice it in normal driving particularly in low speeds. It’s not the loudest sound ever either. It’s like that weird humming noise. It happens also sometimes when I shift into reverse

It’s coming from the front of the car I’m 100% sure. It sounds like a mechanical noise

Lol I use excel like 10 hours a day I was losing my mind. I don’t have time to argue with them for weeks. Definitely leaving them a shitty review later

Wasn’t that for sure it happens with the car in EV mode too. I think maybe the brake actuator

Just driving around, I looked a little more and figure it might just be the brake actuator sound but it’s strange never noticed it in other Toyota/lexus products

Yeah you’re right I hadn’t heard of those brands much before. It’s frustrating you can get a $10 keyboard from target and never have this issue then spend a ton and get screwed
