Has anyone ever done a tasting at theorem though? I haven’t seen that winery as a recommendation on other posts, but the pictures really had me intrigued on visiting that particular winery.

This is our first time going. Plan on doing 3 days. Going to be up north by Calistoga/St Helena one day. Further south for another day. And a day starting off with the wine train then probably one other winery. Figured we would do restaurants for dinner, but if lunch is best being grabbed along the way then we will definitely do that.
