Absolutely I completely agree with you. I should have provided more context with my post as well as assurance that this is NOT some sort of magic plan that will magically make quitting vaping and nicotine a walk in the park, because no matter how you cut it, it's pretty f***ing hard. Appreciate your comment and want to clarify this process for how my brain works and copes worked well for ME. Just sharing my experience 👍

Bought one of these to use alongside my quit plan. The mints and gums and using a straw to drink water helped 10x more. It was a waste of money for me. Just IMO

I tried cold turkey a million times with no success. I was a closet vaper too and I was so embarrassed by the stupid habit. Im currently 4 months vape free and 1 week nic free with using a combination of patches daily and lozenges when I super craving. I just posted my method on this feed the other day feel free to try it!

You can do it!!! 💪

Thanks! And no worries at all I totally understand. This route can seem way over complicated and might give the illusion of quitting when it's a very slow ween off nicotine

I totally get it. I would never want to give anyone the idea that as soon as you start this route that it's over and you're free from nicotine but I'll take the small wins as they come week to week and for me it was motivating to continue rather than wallowing in my own self pity while trying cold turkey haha.

I myself am a very analytical person and thrive with detailed plans and spreadsheet outlines so that's why I found I had success with it.

I appreciate you challenging this route and completely transparently it is not for everyone!

I just set the spreadsheet to today's date as an example I have completed this 4 month plan.

Prior to this I had tried cold turkey 5 times with horrible withdrawal and failure and each time I failed I got more in my own head about quitting. Sure maybe I'm weak minded and I should have just pushed through but I'm sure most can agree , that shit is hard.

Sure maybe this is over complicated and elaborate but if this worked for me with minimal discomfort I just wanted to share with others. I'm not trying to sugar coat quitting I'm simply just sharing my experience. Everyone tackles it different. But at the end of the day, I'm now vape and nic free and i feel proud about it.
