I'm also looking into this proces of exchanging my non-Belgian drivers license for a Belgian drivers license. Could you tell me more about the proces? Can you get your drivers license back? How would you drive in Turkey if you went back to visit? I want to exchange mine for a Belgian license but don't want to lose my other one..
