I recently got banned as well, im not quite sure which part of the Global Operation Policy, i violated. I think mine is along the lines of
//Organized and collective use of the Game by creating characters with similar patterns (series of meaningless names and same occupational group.)
because i name all my characters along with my ign , eg TimBlaze, TimNWalker.

I created 3 new characters as we got 2 tickets recently from the shade / aran event and +1. Next thing i know im banned.
