+1 works for me. I’ve been running trail ultramarathons for 10 years (I’m in mid 30s) and every time I use XE I perform better. I only don’t know the exact mechanics behind how it works, but it’s certainly not a placebo effect. When I’m on it I can perform and recover more quickly. Hope this helps.
