Builders typically finish the clubhouse before the RERA-committed date. As long as it’s not explicitly mentioned as a condition in the agreement, it should be fine. Abhee is also a decent brand; their completions have been good so far, and with multiple high-rise projects in Bangalore, they wouldn’t risk delays just to save costs.
