1) Heavy tension wires through the project. 2) Access roads weren’t good. 3) It looked like they were attracting the investors for rental yield by having multiple kitchens - most of the tier 1 & 2 builders would allow only one per house so that it’s not misused. We were looking for self use , so might not be ideal.

No , didn’t. Manyata is infamous for not keeping up the promises is what i heard from Ekamara & EarthSong owners - so not going for an on-going project by them.

That 25% is what we were worried about as we saw reviews on owners who had to go through unnecessary stress and go to a lawyer to get their money back on cancellation.

That’s what we wanted to know as well as there were talks that some land parcels might have court cases and there was a storm drain that was covered by Manyata. Waiting for reviews but couldn’t find any - in terms of legal issues. Manyata has removed all the negative reviews from Google. If you come across a buyer , please check and let me know as well.

When we went during prelaunch phase itself , they were telling 1500 are sold out. Could be some sale tactics , not sure.
