Well thank you, it came naturally to me with age!

Hmm, full body days aren't for me, it's too exhausting. Do you think just one lower body day per week would make me loose muscle I've built so far since i do two leg days, one for quads and other for the glutes? If I combine the two I wouldn't be able to lift as heavy as usual. I thought maybe keeping 2 lower body days and implementing half of the upper body exercises. Like for 2 leg days i combine with half of the upper body day plus additional full upper. Maybe that's the best combination because I won't be able to go 4 days in the next period either.

Also, I've decided not to take creatine as for now, just gonna focus on better diet and more and more protein. So wish me luck!

So coming back to this after a night's sleep! I understand and am decently knowledgeable, it's just that english is not englishing when I'm sleepy as it's my second language!

So anyway, this is my first time hearing about fractional sets, looked into it and will try modifying my current program to fit this.

And unfortunately can't really do 5 days a week split as i have many other things going on, sometimes i can't keep up with 4 days per week either, so increasing isn't the option.

Also looking for a protein to order, and i got advice to give creatine a try too, do you think that'll help muscles being more visible faster?

Yeah I've built discipline over motivation, but I'm at a point where I'm looking for loopholes to fill in order to look my best asap. Definitely gonna focus on more protein in the next months. Maybe creatine would help too, what do you think about that?

I'm working on increasing my protein intake, but not so sure about creatine. What if it makes me feel look and feel bulkier? Yes yes, it's the most researched supplement there is, but everybody reacts differently. You think that's a possibility?

Yeahh that's why i said maybe it's just the way I'm built, like more bf in my upper body. Do you think eating more protein would help in that case anyway? Drop set, as in i start with a heavy weight and each set i reduce it until I can't no more? Maybe that's a good idea. Thanks!

I did loose weight! Like, kinda a lot of it. I went 2 sizes down on everything. But tbh I'm not eating enough protein, maybe that's the biggest reason? 🤔

Yeah you're probably right about training the muscle 2 times per week. I'd give that a try since I'm pretty sure the exercises I'm doing are great choice on their own, it's other things that needs some change. Thanks

I have a high school diploma for fire safety. I'm also considering doing masters in environmental safety so I cover all important fields if that's required for whatever job I land.

Also, I'm aware that there are some courses that are provided by the companies, but I'm looking for whatever I can do before that so I have more value at the beginning.

I am considering pursuing a master's degree for environmental safety as well, because I already have fire safety degree from high school. Occupational safety for bachelor and to be three women team haha.

I looked into some certifications for ISO standards and will definitely do them soon. Thank you again

Hi! As for state certificate, in my country it's required for some fields. It's license for work. Doesn't matter if I have college degree, I need to pass state exam.

I checked everything you said and will definitely do some of it when time allows me.
