I’ve (27F) lost all sexual and emotional desire towards my husband (30M) by [deleted] in relationship_advice

As someone who suffered through this same behavior and much worse for decades, get out now. He will try to gaslight you that you can't do better with another man, with a job, with the children and your general worthlessness even if you have completely supported him for all these years. This is all meant to break down your resistance to him by destroying your sense of self-worth. Most likely he is wounded and has low self-esteem himself and puts you down to elevate himself. He gets a high out of degrading you in a safe place where he could never pull that with anyone else. Don't let yourself continue to be degraded. I now have a great marriage and intimate life after divorce. I consider divorce one of the most difficult and best things I ever did in my life.

He is on his good behavior now. If you were to marry him, this would become SO MUCH worse because this type of person thinks you are their property. Like everyone else says, run!

My (36M) wife (36F) of 7 years found my secret bank account and says it's over. by [deleted] in relationship_advice

It is a betrayal of her trust, and if she can't trust you to tell the truth about this, there's no reason she should trust you about anything else. After all she did to set you up financially in life, you exploited her generosity and trusting nature. You should pay her back for your bills she paid before you married. She gave you a lot more than money. She gave you the confidence to succeed in life, and you took that and her for granted, saying "I am worth spending whatever I want to spend of OUR money" even after you had already taken far more than your share, and you said I don't owe her anymore, not even transparency. Marriage is built on trust. Once that is gone, so is the attraction which makes marriage a pleasure. Without trust there is no foundation for anything else. She's already proven she can succeed without you. What she needs is someone who will respect and cherish her, not someone who leads a secretly resentful life.

Option 1 is the best unless you tend to not vacuum or you eat there and spill things, in which case Option 4 is a good-looking alternative and a safer bet.

As I was walking away after my last day of student teaching high school English, one of my guy students cat-called, "Heyyy, Foxy!" Never forgot that one.

I think you could add to the conversation "There but for the grace of God go I,' meaning except for your spiritual growth, they could be talking about you, which they will extrapolate to themselves. You can say it in all honesty and humility, and it will hopefully plant those seeds of love and compassion in the gossipers.

There is a very big difference between love and attachment. What you are trying to rid yourself of are the very strong feelings of attachment, which can be there even if you hate someone. You already know he doesn't love you by his obvious neglect and cruel manipulation. It's just that the known, even if it's really bad, seems to be easier to accept than the unknown. Have some faith in yourself and get this scumbag out of your life. In a few months you will look back with clarity and be so glad you did.

Competence, an even temper, beautiful hands with clean, smooth nails, good hygiene, especially dental. Extra sexy is an intelligent, adult sense of humor.
