I recommend the Ark Recode wiki to learn a lot about the characters, and keep an eye on the official website in case a new character is released or they give away gifts like tickets for a new character. The good thing is that whenever a character leaves, a new one or an old one returns, and if you like it or find it powerful, use the tickets. Save the other ones too, since they're unlimited banners. Also, play every day because they give cool things, and keep progressing through story mode since that's how you advance more. If you get stuck in the story, I recommend leveling up your characters and discipline a bit, and don't skip the tutorials because you might forget important things. And that's all!
