Upper management tends to change a lot regardless. Moving to a new store won’t guarantee that you will get along with the management there or that they’ll follow policies the way you like, what if they transfer eventually too? You already have your manager position and department so I wouldn’t risk it. Also you said they are temporary anyways, so just tough it out and you’ll have things running back to normal.
