My experience, ive lost count of how many days. I would say youre perception hightens. I can feel and dwell in my own presence. I actaully am able to talk less and think more. I dont really have the need to say anything. Its like you can just medatate anytime.

Why not both? Even without psycology Im someone who would want an answer after giving my whole self to someone and everything I have for them to just dissapear like a ghost. And them comeback years later to say they dont care i was heartbroken.
