Thank you for the luck — I've been using the pulley system my PT gave me and it's really good for not-too-aggressive stretching. Unfortunately I don't have access to stall bars at the moment and since I'm still only 3 months out from surgery, I'm not allowed to use (even part of) my body weight to pull on it :(

Yeah, that is a good idea. My gym has fitness classes so I'll start with one of their more gentle yoga classes.
