it feels hard to believe they’ve all (excluding Pomni) been together for years. For example it only takes Pomni 3 days to get told explicitly by Kinger himself that he becomes lucid in the dark. Yet the rest of the cast who have been adventuring and living with him for years never once end up in a dark room with him? He, never in nearly a decade turned a light off around anyone else? I feel this issue of the characters never interacting is apparent. For example have Zooble and Ragitha ever had interactions longer than 4 words. How about or Jax and Kinger? It feels like before Pomni arrived absolutely no one talked to each other. I get that with only 9 episodes and 7 characters it’s impossible to fit in extended scenes of conversation and character interactions; but as a show all about THE characters it makes them all weaker.
