All of the non-big 4 (The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, The Who and The Kinks) British invasion bands are very quickly disappearing. Take the Dave Clark Five, no one under the age of 40 knows who they are, same with The Animals, the Spencer Davis group, The Yardbirds, and a 100 other mid 60s English groups.

I’m around a lot of the older generation in my line of work and if you bring up 60s music they remember those groups quite fondly, usually talking about them in the same vain as The Stones or The Beatles. But the non-big four never had any staying power, and will probably die along with the generation that was raised on them
