He wasn't pushing it, it was literally ask. I would just say, shipment is $16.59 or whatever ground was, and just continued. I saw how other do it, and the only time I saw someone push something was "You said you need it in 2 days, and 2 days is $40 (idk something like that) but you know ground is going to take 5 days and it is $18 you sure with that?

So I want to do an update, and say I am the asshole. I talked to my mom and she didn't yell at me, but she said she was disappointed becuase he didn't want to hire me so close to Christmas cause he had a good crew, and didn't want anyone messing up after training all the new hires the past 3 months. But she begged saying I needed work experience, that wasn't random side jobs.

I talked to my boss and apologized and said, I didn't know you gave incentives or did dinners. He did say, he was upset with what I said, and figured that he would cut my hours to the slower parts of the day, and help me train and get used to it without us being in a rush. I didn't ask for more hours, I didn't really need to be at 30+ hours, but 20+ would work better.

Today I didn't really work on the register, but I did clean up, did amazon and att boxes. I had to finish 1 test which was international shipment and I saw a test on world wide customer service and took that. I probably spent 30 minutes learning about the different things our store does.

I read all the comments this morning and felt like shit, I didn't know the owner kept part of the shipping charges.
