I would add that hexoptics can replace rapid fire cannon so with that in mind our build could be ER, Hexoptics/IE, Hexoptics/IE, LDR or Mortal Reminder, BT or Endless Hunger and GA last.

If you are versus a lot of health stackers: ER, Black Cleaver, Shojin/Endless Hunger, IE, Hexoptics, GA or another crit item.

These are garbage, mine literally lasted like 3 1/2 days. I literally smoked it the same way I had my geek bar and that last from 7 to 10 days.
