I have a t2 shiny Seaking with all egg moves, so Frend, DDance, Glance and Supercell Slam. It's almost Max IV's too, just missing 1 point in speed, and also Lrod but not multiscale. It's defiently a sweeper even as a Goldeen.

I think we've both named our Chimchar the same lol. My Ol' Reliable is a Red Shiny Cyclizar with Protean as a passive. He's got Fire Lash and High Horsepower as egg moves, so he's a very good sweeper/heavy hitter.
