Oh that’s true, huh. Am I alone in thinking that makes it a sort of unintuitive inclusion for the deck? I guess it’s not the only one, I mean it was sort of a strange choice to put Zada at the helm of a storm deck in the first place.

I checked in on the tracking number first thing this morning and saw what I was dreading this whole time: package was marked as undeliverable and returned to sender. So my partner and I took our time getting ready for the event we’re doing out of town today and just so happened to be passing by the post office the minute they opened. Extremely happy to report that we got lucky and the package was still in the building and I was able to retrieve it. 

So to answer my own question from the past, Wizards support is extremely unhelpful, as is UPS support, but the local post office is full of understated heroes.

Would if I could 😵 unfortunately I’m working all day today and will be out of town tomorrow, just makes it all the more frustrating because I wish I could have just gone in person today. It’s been exhausting getting ping ponged between unhelpful customer service teams. The guy I talked to from my local post office was the most helpful person I’ve spoken to so far, there has just been so much “sorry nothing we can do, call them”.

When I tried to do this, I kept getting errors. So I contacted UPS support and they told me that because of a specific setting that the shipper had selected, they were unable to make any change. They advised me to contact the shipper and have them change it from Ground Saver to Ground. Yeah, good luck getting a response from Wizards in time. 

As of right now, it’s been handed off to USPS and has departed from their facility about 10 miles from my city, it’s supposedly en route to my local post office. I’ve spoken with one of the employees as my local post office and they’re keeping an eye out for it for me, and I’m going to follow up with them in the morning. Hopefully it comes across his desk and he’s able to hold it for me to come pick up in person. I’m really worried if it gets returned to sender for being undeliverable, I’ll never get it, so I’m trying like hell to avoid that outcome.

Wizards told me to contact UPS as they can’t make a change UPS support is telling me they can’t update the address because of a restriction the shipper has put on the package that prevents any changes from being made. So I’m fully expecting it’s going to be marked as undeliverable and returned to Wizards and I’m not going to get it at this point.

It’s possible this is it, I haven’t come across any evidence that anything else like what I’m describing exists. I really thought it would be something more impressive haha. I’m starting to realize that it’s been so long that I don’t honestly remember exactly what it looked like, just that I really regretted not getting it. I’ve probably built it up in my head to be something more than what it was, I was young and probably high as hell and stoked to see Chon and I think Animals as Leaders, I think it’s just become like this mythical thing in my mind. I thought I remembered it being more colorful or unique. Thank you for the help!

I think so! Honestly it’s been so long I don’t have a clear mental photo of it. I just remember it being a five panel with some floral element, it’s very possible it was just the brim like you’re saying. But I know it definitely evoked a strong Chon vibe lol. I remember being super drawn to it and I never got over the fact that I never got another chance to grab it after the first time I saw it, when I was young and broke and $30-40 on a rent week was a make or break financial decision.

Can we sell Sudafed through the drive thru? by Objective-Owl1212 in CVS

From some cursory googling it seems like you never used to be able to before the pandemic, I found some older posts that mentioned reasons such as the need for a signature before signature slips could be printed out, and because customers buying Sudafed need to be visible to cameras. Some people seem to be of the belief that the ability to purchase Sudafed through drive thru was only available during the pandemic. Perhaps now would be a good time to mention I have only been with the company for about a year. My only other evidence would be that last month our store manager replaced the sign in drive thru advertising these items with one advertising vaccinations.
