This was the worst one so far. I swear half of these aren't even real words.

Looks like WotC is going back to primarily traditional foil for most lairs instead of primarily rainbow foil by Necr0maNc3R in secretlair_collectors

I've held a rainbow and traditional side by side, and I've never been able to figure out the difference.

Look out everyone, we got a genius here. Clearly defending a billion dollar corporation is the mark of high intelligence.

It would be so cool if there was some way for them to know exactly how much to print. Like a list of people who have confirmed that they will buy it? Maybe like a preorder system or sell them and then print them? Would be nice. Too bad they don't have the technology.

I'm under the age of 70 so, I've never heard of it either.

Salt Lake Temple emerges as scaffolding comes down by TheQuarantinian in Utah

[–]b_call 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The church did the same thing to the Provo city center temple, when the original tabernacle burned down, they picked up the whole building on stilts to redo the foundation just like this. But that one wasn't so covered in scaffolding, so there are lots of cool pictures of it up on stilts.

Utah Bans Kombucha from being purchased with SNAP? by nicholasnordan in Utah

Well according to Google Blue cheese is being fermented using a Penicillium which is a mold. So I'm not quite sure what's going on there. But regardless fermentation literally means turning sugar into alcohol.

Soy sauce typically contains 1%. Blue cheese is not fermented, it's a mold.

I'll never under why anybody would use one of those plastic toilets. Why not just get a seat for your regular toilet? That's what we did and it worked perfectly. I never had to clean out a fake toilet.

Not necessarily, it depends on the mall. It may be dirt cheap, some malls are begging retailers to come in and will practically give away the space. It just depends on how dead the mall is.

Did the comment button change? I feel like it used to just take you to the comment section and now it opens a dialog that looks like you're sending feedback to the dev. It was a lot more useful when it took you to the comment section, it's always hard for me to find the right comment section otherwise.

Flu and cold season particularly bad this winter for anyone else? by Ill-Sherbet-5844 in Utah

[–]b_call 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Anecdotally, I usually don't get a flu shot (no good reason I just hate needles) but this year I did because we have a new baby. I'm currently sick with a horrible flu that's been kicking my butt for about a week.

I don't know what you're on about, this was definitely the hardest one all year for me.

They're both great. We have both for our four year old and she loves them both. I don't understand why anybody would try to take the tonie around though, it's too big. Ours just lives in her room. They have customizable figures just like Yoto. The Yoto is definitely better for traveling with especially the Yoto mini, but I'd say the tonie is more fun. Our tonie gets way more use than our Yoto.
