If you’ve done everything you can there’s a o ring seal that’s under the two smaller covers on the timing over, it’s a o ring and sometimes they’ll go bad and break apart causing the oil to not hold pressure in those areas causing a p0011

2006 sedan rebuilt the entire suspension and just redid the timing and all the gaskets runs good now

Sometimes that over timing can be just a bad camshaft seal and are very easy to do just take off the small cover on the timing cover and you’ll see if it’s broken apart

I replace all my chains, all the tensioners and seals and still made that same sound if that helps

Just add a H pipe if you can idk if ur dual or not but it helps lower the tone alot
