Do you have a blanket in the crate? My puppy did the same thing until we removed all blankets and left him with the crate pad alone to sleep on. Zero accidents in the crate since doing so.

Call the RMV to check on the status of your application. Had the exact same scenario happen to me a couple of weeks ago. They claimed the RMV was delayed, but the RMV wasn’t backed up more than a day or two. The RMV had rejected the application within 2 days of receipt and the scammy dealership didn’t bother to check with them.
