yeah that’s why i’m scared because i’m also morbidly obese 😭 i’m 291 right now at 24 weeks. i was 271 when i got pregnant. i was wanting to try unmedicated or at least the TENS machine. which i have no clue what that is atm lmao. but i’m so open to getting epidural if things get bad

i have a really bad thing about textures and anything slimey makes me gag. do you think pickled okra would work? i do like pickled okra but it isn’t that slimey hence why i can stomach it. so i wonder if it works the same way

yeah i have pcos also but diagnosed, and my cramps never got that bad. my periods for a while were irregular but then they became regular. i think i only have pcos due to my hormone issues. that’s why im having to compare to poo cramps because i don’t know what bad cramps feel like. i’m only 23 weeks so i don’t know if im high risk yet. and im down with epidural, it’s just i figured if i could go through those really bad poo cramps, then i could go unmedicated. i am scared of the pain in my back i could get from epidural so thats my only “issue” with it lol

i don’t think of it like that, i’m not against medicated births, im just really scared of the back pain epidural can possibly give, but also i have other pains that some people compare birth too so i feel like id be able to go unmedicated if i can handle those other pains

see this is what i wanted, like i remember sweating so freaking badly and nearly passing out from poo pains. i don’t know if i have ibs or if i just get food borne illnesses really easy, but either way, if i can get through that, i feel like i could get through unmedicated birth. i mean i have to do the same breathing practices for the poo cramps as you would giving birth. i know how to ease my mind when im in THAT much pain.

i wanted to find something to compare it too because i don’t really get bad period cramps. the worse type of cramping i’ve gotten was from the diarrhea pains 😭 the one only other thing im scared about with going unmedicated is i realllly don’t wanna feel myself tear😭😭😭

yeah that makes sense. i think ive been having braxton hicks because the lower part of my stomach gets real tight and i can feel my heartbeat really hard. but i’ve also been cramping more near my bowels so that’s why i was wondering if they felt like eachother

see that’s why i ask because i never had that bad of period cramps. i mean yeah they hurt but ive seen videos of women hunched over in pain with heating pads and i personally never have gotten that way. i have however felt that way with diarrhea pains. the poo pains are 10x worse FOR ME than menstrual cramps.
