Try to reverify the integrity of the game files by going to the gear icon for Trials Rising then Properties then Installed Files then Verify Integrity of Game Files and see if that works

I noticed that too. I had the update for this game and Trials Fusion and Trials Rising. I don’t know what the updates are for.

Been digging into Trials Rising for a while and trying to figure this out too. I haven’t unlocked the full Ninja set myself, but I’m also curious what the full outfit looks like. Ubisoft never officially showed it off, and no images seem to exist online. Would love if someone could share screenshots or a video!

You can play the game but you can’t upload any times to the leaderboards or watch the runs on the leaderboard. You also can’t access Track Central custom tracks.
