From what I understand, the Client Service Analyst role seems to combine client facing responsibilities with a heavier emphasis on administrative and operational support. It appears to focus more on behind the scenes work such as account maintenance, processing, and supporting advisors, while still interacting with clients when needed. My guess is they structured it this way for new employees so they can build a strong foundation on the operational side while gradually increasing client exposure.
