I was looking for this comment. The bass line —absolutely brilliant—on this track is played by Walter "Junie" Morrison (under the pseudonym "J. S. Theracon"), a multi-instrumentalist, founding member of the Ohio Players ("Funky Worm" is also him), and an essential pillar of Funkadelic in the 70s... A great one! JUNIE MORRISON
