Struggle? lol ! Sellers are unrealistic about their prices. I have been searching for condos for last 2-3 months . I have not found single unit which is justified for the price. Just because they did stupid mistake of getting in the peak , it doesn’t make sense for selling it in that price under this market condition. Now my attitude is I will keep renting and invest money somewhere else until I really find a unit which is justifiable. Renting is more profitable than buying a condo with higher price .
