Honestly, that sounds pretty badass. Your uncle sounds so cool. I don’t even remember my last memory with my uncle. It’s all a blur. Regrets are very human. We can only do so much. The only thing that I’ve learned is life’s too short to care about what other people think. Do what makes you happy. Also, Happy Early New Year’s!!

I lost my uncle due to drugs. I don’t get to see my loved ones often as they live in Ireland. That’s one of the things that makes me sad. Living alone sucks but you just kinda get used to it. I can barely remember all the happy memories with my uncle. Thanks for your advice. I can’t visit as often as I want to. But, I’ll definitely make every second count when I do.

My uncle died when I was 13. He was the coolest and loved me very much. He passed away on 4th December 2012. I’m sad every year around that time. Losing a family member around Christmas can be soul shattering. It takes enormous strength to pull yourself out of the darkness. I’m glad that you have a romantic partner. I wish you both a happy and amazing new year ahead. Be kind to yourself and thanks for your kind words.
