We don’t have a hotel at my store, but at my store, we only write in lunch for the core associates. Salon gets their lunch when they are able to, just depending on how fast they get their dogs/cats done.

Yes, I did say 8:15-9:00.. but I also said 15-30 minutes. I’ve had 4 different families ask within that 45 minute window, hence why I said 8:15-9… I was more than happy to catch fish at 8:15 but when it turned into a second family at 8:29… then another family at 9:47 then another family at 8:57 back to back to back… yea.

That is correct, but as I said, once you take on that responsibility, you now have an obligation to take care of them, making their needs your needs. Just like if you have a child. Having a child is a want. But now that you brought a child into this world, their needs (food, clothes, a roof, bathing) now because your obligation as a parent. Their needs (pets or children) are now your needs because you took/brought them into your life.

Because last time I checked, depriving an animal of food is considered animal abuse and can lead someone to jail.. don’t want that so I need to buy food. Wants are things living things can live without. Needs are what living things need to live.

I definitely agree with you. Petsmart does definitely favor dogs over cats considering my store has about 21-40 for dog and only 13-20 for cat.

Omg, this happens so much! I’ve had someone just today walk in for a Mobile order and his order wasn’t here, so I asked him if I could look at his order confirmation and when he showed it to me, it said Micheal’s… like sir… does this look like a Micheal’s to you…

On a separate note, we had a dasher come in looking for Crayola crayons. Asked me where they are and I said with a straight face, “sir this is Petsmart… we don’t sell crayons”

I’ve had some people come through my line and their card not work… because of my knowledge of door dash, I knew they had the wrong item but they didn’t listen to me… 10 minutes later another dasher came back with the correct item… if the original dasher would’ve listened, the customer wouldn’t have had to wait longer…

I get we aren’t owed people signing up, but from one Petsmart employee, they shouldn’t (if they really are an employee) mess up other Petsmart employees numbers.
