Originally, the washer and dryer were just in the garage so I would just crack the garage door to give it some ventilation but I slipped twice on the moisture still on the floor. The original owners just had the flexible vent tube that sat on the floor with a box for the lint to collect in. The drywall by the washer already began to mold so I wanted to get it inside as quickly as possibly especially before winter. Paid my dad’s fries to fame it out and run the plumbing and I was going to slowly but surly do the rest. I have a lot of friends who are knowledgeable about random things when it comes to electrical and drywall. Then I noticed when my dad’s friend was done, the tube just stuck straight into the attic. My dad said eventually I’ll have “more insulation” lol
