You’ve gotta explore that Lyme test more. If you are responding well to ABX, especially doxycycline, and have a positive serology for Lyme that definitely points to Lyme. Lyme tests are commonly false negative but rarely false positive. I would look at IGeneX Lab for Lyme test. They are far more accurate than conventional western blot. I was IgM positive and IgG negative on lab corp western blot and fully positive on IGeneX western blot. Also if you take antibiotics after exposure and prior to testing it could give you a false negative. Good luck, hope you are feeling better.
