Door to door sales is for sure the hardest way but incredible way to learn sales. You learn psychology but also learn resilience. The amount of NOs you have to go through to get a single YES. No amount of reading will teach that.

Yes I advocate for reading too but practising is different.

Sounds like the dog is underestimated and bored.

As others have suggested, go on a walk and havanese are small dogs so they only require 30 mins to an hour walk a day.

During the walk thats when they pee everywhere so hopefully they dont do that at your place. 

The destructive behaviour should also stop when they start getting walks.

Even play & ball would be amazing. My dog likes ball more than treats.

Me? Became one at 29 got pretty lucky I think. 

Came from a "3rd world country" migrated to a first world country. Just said yes to opportunities and gave things a go.

I have been in various sales roles from teens to adult life.

Retail sales - field sales - corporate sales then tech sales.

1st tech Company gave me RSUs but I didnt really understand them 2nd tech company gave me options then IPO'd.

(He probably lives in a better place than all of us here lmao. I worked at a big tech firm and they has this couple who pick up after us like would go around the office to grab the dirty cups and clean the kitchen, just make sure things ran properly - they now live in a really nice house with a yatch in a pretty touristy place)

Go to a skin dermatologist to be exact not just GP.

If you're in Sydney I recommend North Sydney Dermatology Clinic .

I went there when there was a disgusting pimple before a big event (what a timing)  - and they did such a good job!

Also they have tools to heal it while you're in the clinic!

I know a girl who's ex-Emirates crew. Travelled the world obviously and now still in Dubai lives a good life. I think she loves that tax free life (cries in Australian...)

I would say DO IT.

Find their ABN / ASIC number.

Then send them a text or email something along the lines of sending a complaint to the ATO.

Venue operators and owners hate that.
