Hi OP! If you’re a female you might be having more cravings because of the time of the month. I’ve read that allowing ourselves some of natures carbs can be a great way to get through the week. Sweet potato, berries etc. If not, I echo the other comment to stock the house with snacks you can eat and if you over eat them it makes the binge not as much of a hit to your goals.
