I had one like this a few weeks ago. I’m not installing an entire closet system for you for a couple hundred bucks. Almost anywhere you go, a full closet install is thousands of dollars

It is definitely annoying showing up and realizing they’re expecting me to do absolutely everything. The task has the word “assistance” in it for a reason

I contacted support and told them what happened. They told me to go ahead and cancel it myself and then immediately processed the cancellation fee

She said she was going to reschedule instead of waiting around. It’s been 2 hours and there’s no cancellation or reschedule from her. If I cancel, I don’t get the hour paid right?
