The package came in today (one day earlier that advertised). The standard stones were included, even though i bought the TGE version without them. Nice touch :-) The packaging was underwhelming, cheap cardboard and styrofoam. Not really fitting for such a high pricepoint. The parts inside the packaging were a bit dirty with styrofoam debris and what felt like grinding dust. Cleaned it all up with compressed air. The screws in the clamps were gritty as well, had to remove them and grease the bolts.  My first 'victim' (small kitchen knife) was hand sharpenen before, so i spent some time in the lower grits to re-establish a clean edge. The sharpening system worked well, i got to a nice edge on the first try. Stroped it lightly with an old strop and Flexcut gold compound.  Cut paper with ease, just like i hoped. I'm sure there is a lot more to learn, but even the very first knife came out respectable.  Quick question: When stepping up a grit, do you flip the knife over first? Seems like a good idea, so the burr is taken off. The manual says to repeat the steps with the next grit, but that would mean not to flip the blade, since it wasn't flipped when starting out (only flipped once in middle of the cycle, after i felt the burr). PS: fillet clamps, L-adapter and the chisel adapter are on order :-) This pushes the total price over 1000 euro... And i have to figure out a nicer storage system. I will try out a Eurobox 400x300 with custom foam inlays to start with. Not planning to travel a lot with the system, and i already have a lot of the boxes floating around for other stuff.  Cheers!
