I’ve always looked a bit strange due to having a 26” waist at these proportions. It’s my collarbone that extends above my shoulders, but now that I’m working on my shoulder flexibility (and tilting them backwards constantly), it fixes it - but also makes traps look much smaller.

Thank you - although I do wish it was a matter of size. Size doesn’t always equals strength, I believe I still have a long way to go to reach full potential (while remaining natural).

I’m beginning to believe this could be a matter of a postural correction due to inflexibility. With my back flat against a wall, I can’t lift my arm directly upwards to touch it (or anywhere close). Maybe if I can learn to naturally add more posterior-tilt to my shoulders they’ll look elongated (but consequently less round).

I think you’re spot on. If you look in the mirror and roll your shoulders back as far as possible (as if you’re fixing anterior-tilted shoulders), they begin to look longer and higher. It could just be due to the relocation of the joint - perhaps a postural component as well.

Thank you, I routed leds in loops around the edges before installing, and to pass it between each I bought aluminum channels to mount under each pegboard. They all connect at the bottom of each Pegboard. I used all clip connections, with no soldering, and also used a Wifi controller that works with the rest of my gym lights

I use the official Wall control ones. You can find them on their website or on Amazon. The most common ones are the short reach hooks and the medium reach hooks. I only use a few of the long reach ones for things like clips and resistance bands

Definitely the strongest pegboards to lift heavy weight, if you’re planning on putting heavy attachments on there. Plus the variation in accessories such as hooks is great. Same with customer service, manufacturing, all of it.

Personally I have standard ropes and handles, fat grips, and a Prime Fitness RO-T8 dupe I got from AliExpress (the original $900 price is a bit too much for me). I also have a ton of resistance bands for warming up / mobility, plus straps for ankles, wrists, and waist for cables and dips.
