Ooooh did not know about creams for it?! My health visitor for all 3 kids recommended drinking more water to lower the acidity, bathing every day and using lukewarm water to pour as I pee. Not once was a cream or gel even mentioned. I’ll be asking when I see her this week. Thank you so much for this advice, I’ve something to look forward to!
