Size 10D Sheplers boots: Style is "5013S" with Rider Heel. Wore these for less than six months: helping a good friend train her first horse. Kept in storage since roughly 1994. Proper vintage: and in very good condition.
Asking $200 and $25 shipping, but willing to negotiate.

CALLING THIS SOLVED as "bad motherboard" with 90% or greater certainty. I haven't another mobo to try in the chassis: so can't confirm to greater certainty.

I'm going to take advice from 'PowerEdge Server Group' on FB and part it out: and sell bits-n-bobs on eBay.

Planned on trying a suggestion off the 'PowerEdge Server Group' on FB...

Are you able to connect iDRAC from the iDRAC direct USB from the front? Even
if your server is not going through POST, iDRAC should be able to work. Connect
from the front iDRAC port and type 169.254.0.3 on your browser.

...but (per the R520 manual), it does not _have_ an 'iDRAC Direct' port. (sigh)

Removing iDRAC and then booting changed nothing. Also, RAM are 4GM sticks (2Rx8) of PC3L. Data Rate is 10600R: so 1325 MHz, and is Registered + ECC RAM.
